Who is Buster?
Buster Meredith Lyon was a prominent businessman in Covington. He bought the building in the 1950s. Buster's grandson, Stephen Lyon opened Buster's Place in honor of his grandfather who loved to entertain. Stephen is always there when the restaurant is open. Contact us for more information.
